Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at Eastgate Industries, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring their shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional. With a focus on building relationships and showcasing our merchandise, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting brand loyalty.
Essential Requirements: To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate/FA education level
Job Scope: As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and responding to their questions
- Enhancing engagement with merchandise
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Directing customers to relevant products within the store
- Increasing in-store sales through effective selling techniques
- Maintaining a tidy and organized sales floor
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-selling products to boost purchase amounts
