About the Position:

As a Sales Director at HR FIRST, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue for our multinational company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Sales Optimization: Identify revenue-generating opportunities, develop action plans, and manage key client relationships to drive business growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective measures to optimize sales effectiveness.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making and market positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 18-20 years of core sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
