Position: Sales Manager – Cosmetics

Qualification:

• Masters degree or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Negotiation skills.
• Team management experience.

Location:

• Head Office, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and motivate the sales team to achieve profitable results.
• Set and establish sales targets in alignment with the sales plan.
• Assist in developing the annual sales plan, covering sales, revenues, and expense controls.
• Regularly observe the performance of the sales team in the field.
• Provide on-the-job training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
• Plan, recruit, and manage the sales team to accomplish objectives.
• Focus on salons to enhance product visibility and increase sales volumes.
• Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities.
