In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing our presence in international markets, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our products reach new heights of success worldwide.

Role and Responsibilities

As the International Sales Manager – Export, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at accelerating our international sales growth and market penetration. Key duties include:

  • Strategic Sales Growth: Drive international sales expansion for existing and new products, devising innovative strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
  • Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and nurture distributor partnerships strategically to enhance our global distribution network.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork among international sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective global sales efforts.
  • Global Partnerships: Organize and conduct field visits to strengthen partnerships and relationships with distributors and key stakeholders worldwide.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigate and ensure adherence to international regulatory requirements related to product export and distribution.
  • Market Insights: Maintain a global network for market insights, leveraging data to inform export strategies and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in export operations, maintaining meticulous export records and utilizing broker networks for market entry.
  • System Development: Develop and implement internal systems for market evaluation, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes.


To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in FMCG/Retail/Food industry with a strong focus on international sales and business development.
  • MBA or equivalent educational qualification in business management or related field.
  • Proven track record in international sales and business development, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and export strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business prospects and partner engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and proposals effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
