Job Description:

As a Senior Associate in Planning (MRP), your responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Monitoring: Daily monitoring of inventory levels to identify trends and potential issues, ensuring proactive management of stock levels.
• Action Planning: Collaborating with relevant departments to address inventory issues and develop action plans to optimize inventory levels.
• Forecasting: Analyzing fabric and sewing make months, as well as procurement plans for yarn and accessories, to forecast inventory levels for the season.
• Excess Stock Management: Regular review of excess stock and coordination with teams to utilize surplus inventory in ongoing or future orders.
• Data Maintenance: Maintaining real-time inventory data across all sub-categories to support decision-making processes and presenting summarized data to the CEO/COO in decision forums.

Ideal Profile:

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s degree in Business Analytics.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in planning and inventory management.
