Position: Senior Executive Admin

Role Description: As the Senior Executive Admin, you will be responsible for executing and supervising administrative staff and duties. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the maintenance and cleaning of factory areas both indoor and outdoor.
• Overseeing the collection, dumping, and disposal of waste from factory premises in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Supervising the shifting, weighing, and loading of scrap materials to contractors.
• Liaising with owners of rented accommodation for administrative purposes.
• Purchasing items from the local market as needed for factory operations.
• Coordinating the collection and receipt of items transferred from other stations through goods transport.
• Maintaining records of diesel usage and vehicle maintenance for administrative vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Graduation or Intermediate level education.

Relevant Experience:

• 5 years of relevant experience in administrative management.

Location:

• Mirpur, Azad Kashmir.
