Position Overview: Senior Manager, Business Process Management

As the Senior Manager of Business Process Management at MCB Islamic Bank Ltd., you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process Optimization: Leading initiatives to streamline and optimize business processes across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
