Crescent Bahuman is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Industrial Engineering to join our team at the CBL Plant. Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager Industrial Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing operations, focusing on product engineering, process automation, capacity planning, and efficiency improvement. Your leadership skills, coupled with your expertise in industrial engineering principles and lean manufacturing methodologies, will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Product Engineering Monitoring: Oversee new product introduction (NPI) processes and costing to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Process Automation Implementation: Identify opportunities for process automation and lead the implementation of automation solutions to streamline operations.
  • Plant Capacity and Efficiency Oversight: Monitor plant capacities, efficiencies, and piece rate development to maximize productivity and throughput.
  • Feasibility Planning: Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, including machine and manpower planning, to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Production Monitoring and Support: Monitor production activities and provide support to improve plan vs actual performance, driving towards operational excellence.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training sessions, develop training modules, and establish feedback mechanisms to enhance team skills and competencies. Implement 8-Step Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Lean tools on the factory floor to foster a culture of continuous improvement.


  • BE in Industrial Engineering: A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required to qualify for this role.

Work Experience:

  • 10 to 12 Years: You should have 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience in industrial engineering, demonstrating a strong track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence.


  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Digitalization: Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in industrial engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions to teams at all levels.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to drive efficiency and waste reduction.
