Job Summary: As a Service Ambassador at UBL, you will be the face of the bank, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall banking experience for our clients. You will interact with customers, address their queries, and provide assistance with various banking services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to banking products, services, and transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Service Promotion: Inform customers about UBL’s products and services, promoting relevant offerings based on customer needs.
  • Transaction Assistance: Guide customers through various banking processes, including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to UBL’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while assisting customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and management to maintain a high level of service quality and operational efficiency.

Assistant Manager Finance

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using banking software and technology.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Knowledge of banking products and services.
