We are searching for a seasoned and strategic Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of our most critical client relationships. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with our top accounts. You will leverage your deep understanding of our industry and strong relationship-building skills to identify customer needs, craft innovative solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets for assigned key accounts.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with senior-level decision-makers at client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client challenges and proposing solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage and mentor junior account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Regularly monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, developing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Deputy Manager of Plant Operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Senior Key Account Manager role or similar B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
