Job Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor in our Call Centre/BPO, you will be an integral part of our operations team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating targets for individuals and teams to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
  • Providing guidance, feedback, and support to Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to enhance their performance.
  • Anticipating and managing call escalations when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Optimizing procedures and keeping staff motivated to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitoring and measuring performance using key metrics, and preparing monthly/annual performance reports for management.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and attendance standards.
  • Keeping management informed of any issues or problems that arise and proposing solutions.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job Specifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Customer Services Contact Center/Call Center environment.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong people management skills and knowledge of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
