Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will be immersed in a dynamic learning environment where you will gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights into the intricacies of supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management processes to minimize carrying costs and stockouts.
• Assist in the analysis of supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing lead times.
• Participate in supply chain-related projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
