Position: Territory In Charge Company: BSP Reporting to: Area Sales Manager Location: Lahore Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities: As a Territory In Charge at Packages Group, your responsibilities will include:

1. Sales Targets: Achieving monthly sales targets for the assigned area through effective planning and execution.
2. Market Orders: Obtaining orders from the market on a daily basis to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the desired products and services and addressing any concerns promptly.
4. Business Opportunities: Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through regular market visits and proactive engagement with customers.
5. Sales Performance: Enhancing sales and collection performance in the assigned area to drive revenue growth.
6. Reporting: Writing sales reports as required to provide insights and updates on sales activities and performance.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

• BS/BBA/B.Com with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
