Position Overview: Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at Sukkur Beverages, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving KPI targets, and expanding our presence in the Larkana Region. Here’s what the role entails:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to drive revenue growth.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance, distribution connect, and market share, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
  • Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, ensuring optimal coverage and availability of our products across the territory, while also identifying opportunities to expand distribution networks.
  • Consumer Base Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our consumer base, building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders to drive brand loyalty and preference.


  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beverage industry, with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Brands Familiarity: Experience with beverage brands such as Aquafina, Slice, Tropicana, or Pepsi is preferred.
  • Location: Larkana Region
