The Role:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. From managing inventory to coordinating with production teams, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining smooth operations and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the loading of vehicles according to demand and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Conduct daily stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintaining inventory records and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness of floors, products, and walls at all times to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Manage damages within the warehouse, minimizing losses and maintaining records of all damages or losses incurred.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve any operational discrepancies and ensure timely loading of vehicles to meet VTAT (Vehicle Turnaround Time) targets.
• Prepare SAP data and reports as assigned by line managers, contributing to stock reporting and analysis.
• Assign duties to warehouse staff, manage leave schedules, and maintain accurate records of employee attendance using Time Trax data.
• Keep records of empty asset returns during shifts and ensure the issuance of washed and cleaned pallets sheets to the production department.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with computer knowledge to effectively utilize SAP systems and other software tools.
