Job Summary:
As the Assistant Manager in the R&D department, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the continuous improvement of our textile products and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products, enhance existing ones, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the R&D department’s daily operations.
• Lead and coordinate research projects to develop new textile products and improve existing ones.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and quality of new materials and products.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for R&D projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in textile technology and industry trends.
• Mentor and train junior R&D staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a research and development role within the textile industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using R&D and data analysis software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly textile technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in the textile industry.
