Job Summary:
As a CPD Officer at Sapphire Textile Mills, you will be responsible for managing and promoting continuous professional development (CPD) programs. You will ensure that all employees have access to training and development opportunities that enhance their skills and contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CPD programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CPD activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all CPD activities and employee progress.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in professional development.

Sr. Key Accounts Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing CPD programs or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the textile industry.
• Certification in Training and Development or related fields.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
