Job Description: Solar Next Pvt. Ltd is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Assistant Manager Sales. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in engineering or business administration, with 2-3 years of experience in solar sales. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Territory Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote solar products and services.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with potential customers and key accounts.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase solar solutions.
  4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product specifications and delivery timelines.
  6. Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  8. Provide product training and support to sales team members.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  10. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote solar products.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BS Eng), Business Administration (BBA), or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in solar sales or related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
