Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned territory, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
2. Identify and establish relationships with potential customers and key accounts.
3. Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and promote products.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
5. Provide product information, samples, and demonstrations to customers as needed.
6. Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
9. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products and generate leads.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
